dia-rib-network software package provides network icons scheme for Dia, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dia-rib-network
dia-rib-network is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dia-rib-network package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dia-rib-network *
You will get with dia-rib-network package name, version, architecture and description in a table
